Coffee menu













Coffee in Romanian

For preparation it is required:
- Finely ground coffee - 1 teaspoon
- Powdered sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Cocoa - 1/2 teaspoons
- Water - 1 cup
- Vanilla sugar.
Mix coffee, powdered sugar and cocoa, pour into water, heat up, remove from fire before boiling and pour a pinch of vanilla sugar.

Coffee in Ireland
For preparation it is required:
- The Irish whisky - 45 ml
- Sugar - 1 - 1/2 teaspoons
- Strong black coffee
- cream - 50 ml.
Warm up a glass on a wide leg or a glass in capacity of 300 ml. Pour in there 200 ml of hot black coffee. Add sugar and stir slowly a drink while sugar will not be dissolved. Add whiskey, pour in dense cream by knife blade that the cream layer from above was formed.
Frozen Irish coffee
For the recipe it is required:
- Irish whisky – 38ml
- Vanilla ice-cream – 1 tbsp.
- Cold black coffee sweetened to taste– 125ml
Quickly stir up about 3/4 glasses of the crushed ice, from above put ice-cream and strew with grated chocolate, to add straws.

Coffee in Warsaw
For preparation it is required:
- Ground coffee - 1 teaspoon
- Water - 40 ml
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Baked milk - 100 ml.
Weld regular coffee, with smaller quantity of water. Filter it, add sugar and baked milk. Heat up mix up to boiling. While serving it is possible to put in a cup scum, removed from baked milk.

Coffee in Mexico
For the recipe it is required:
- Coffee (strong black) - 2 glasses
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.
- Cinnamon (ground) - 1/2 ?.?.
- Nutmeg (grated) - 1 pinch
- Chocolate syrup - 2 tbsp.
- cream (shaken up) - 1/2 glasses.
Mix together: chocolate syrup, cream, cinnamon, sugar, and nutmeg. Pour the received mix of coffee in and carefully mix. Pour on cups. Decorate with whipped cream and cinnamon.

Coffee in Bavaria
For the recipe it be required:
- An egg (yolk) – 2items
- Powdered sugar – 75g
- Milk (hot) - 1 glass
- Coffee (strong hot) - 1 glass
- Gelatin (dissolved in coffee).
In the enameled saucepan pound two egg yolks and 75g of powdered sugar or sand; add a cup of hot milk and a cup of strong hot black coffee. Put mix on fire, continuously stirring slowly, but not leading up to boiling. Add gelatin preliminary dissolved in several spoons of warm black coffee. It is necessary to pour cream in small cups and put in the refrigerator. The quantity of gelatin should be taken on volume of a liquid, being supervised by the dosages recommended on gelatin packing.

The Australian coffee with seasonings
For the recipe it is required:
- Orange dried peel (slices in the size 7?1 sm) - 4 pieces
- Citric dried peel (slices in the size 2?1 sm) - 4 pieces
- Carnation - 20 pieces
- Coffee (ground) - 4 tbsp.
- Water (cold) - 1 l
- Sugar - 2 tsp.
Put orange and citric crusts together with carnation on the bottom of coffee maker. Make coffee so that coffee drops will drop on spices. Pour the received coffee in four warmed mugs. Put sugar to taste.

Jamaican Iced Coffee
For the recipe it is required:
- Dark rum – 25ml
- Liquor “Tia Maria” – 25ml
- Whipped cream – 20ml
- Cold black coffee – 100ml

Mix all components together; stir up and filter in the glass filled by the crushed ice. Add short straws and mint stick.

"Sicilian"
For the recipe it is required:
- Vermouth – 30ml
- Condensed milk – 1 tbsp.
- Strong cold coffee – 100ml
- Egg yolk – 1 item
- Cinnamon – 1 pinch
- Lemon slice
Mix in a shaker with ice: coffee, condensed milk, yolk and Vermouth. Pour mix out in a glass with ice cubes, strew with cinnamon. Decorate the glass with lemon slice.
