Kombucha

Kombucha tea is a "fountain of youth elixir" used in China for thousands of years. Pronounced [Com-boo-cha], it is made and drunk right around the world. It is a slightly sparkling drink that tastes like an apple cider or dry white wine, burning while gulping. K-tea has so many names - Cainii Kvass, Kombuchakvass, Tea wine and Teekvass.

Such a taste to this drink gives Japanese tea fungus. The fungus is almost 2000 years old, it reminds white sponge. If it put in a jar, it produces thousands of useful bacteria. The mixture of vitamins is very rich. Tea mushroom normalizes blood pressure, cholesterol in blood and releases body from toxins. If you want to loose weight, using tea fungus, drink one glass of Kombucha an hour before eating. Loosing of weight will be slow, but definitely and the results you will see in 1-3 months.

It is simple to grow such a tea mushroom in your house - put the mushroom in the tea solution of black or green tea for 10-12 days. During this time the mushroom ferments produce thousands of health-giving for the organism acids and nutrients. Mushroom multiplies very easy, just cut the bit of it and put in new capacity. Useful drink is ready in ten days.

Be careful, excess of using K-tea can cause stomachache, headache, pain and sickness. One or two glasses a day will be enough. K-tea you can dilute with water or add more sugar.
