Coffee "Mocha"

Turkish coffee mocha
This kind of coffee depending on quantity of sugar used for preparation and can be bitter, sweet, very sweet, more liquid or denser.
There are two ways of preparing Turkish coffee.
1. In coffee pot with boiling water put coffee and sugar and make it boiling. Boiled coffee remove from the fire, then again put on fire and again lead up to boiling (in total it repeats 3 times).
2. The coffee mixed with sugar in the coffee pot, fill in with cold water and give some minutes for extraction aromatic and flavouring substances. Then put coffee pot on weak fire - so coffee begins to boil more slowly and on it is formed more scum. Having finished before boiling, remove it from fire, at once put back and again lead up to boiling. If it is desirable, that coffee was without scum, after removing from fire it slightly sprayed with cold water (some drops).
Ready coffee served as follows. On a small dish put coffee pot, coffee cups on small saucers and glasses with cold water. It is accepted, that the visitor himself pours coffee to itself.

Arabian coffee mocha.
Products: for 4 cups – 6 tbsp. coffee, 3 tbsp. sugar.
Pour coffee and sugar in the hot water and put on fire. Make it boiling, then remove and in some seconds again put on fire and make it boiling. In total repeat it 3 times. Spray ready drink with cold water so that the grounds were settled, stir and pour in cups. With coffee serve cold water in glasses.

Summer coffee: iced “Mocha” with mint
Mocha – is coffee rich with milk that is why has lots of admirers. Many people love mint tea, we can combine best of these drinks and prepare absolutely iced «mocha» with mint.
Ingredients: 3/4 cups of just made black coffee, 1/4 cups of milk, mint stick, 2 table spoons of chocolate syrup, cup of crushed ice.
Making coffee, mix it with milk in the specified proportions. Then make “tea” from mint, i.e. 100 grams of boiled water and big mint stick. Further add well ready mint tea in coffee with milk stirring slowly. Put sugar to taste, and do not forget about chocolate syrup. Then pour mix in high glass and strew to the top with crushed ice. All this shake up with mixer to scum appearance. Pair of remained fresh mint can be used for decorating the glass.
