Weight loss tea

Weight loss tea (mostly green tea) is very popular method of weight loss, it burns fat naturally. Green tea is very nourishing because rich of protein. This peculiarity was found out by special English tea-testers of Chinese teas for Queen Victoria. Depending on the sort of the tea, it can consist of 15-20% proteins. That's why in Japan and China people add such tea leaves in salads, soups or stew it with meat - protein content in it can be compared only with haricot and lentil.

Traditionally, it is considered, that green tea lowers appetite. It is really so, cup of green tea can give you the satiety feeling. Tea, by itself, carries only 4 calories per serving. After light salad and cup of green tea you won't eat something else. That's what women need to keep the figure in form. But it doesn't mean that such tea can be a substitute for dinner or supper. For pregnant woman the norm of tea should be adjusted with doctor.

There is one danger that can cause weight loss tea - appearing of dependence: psychological and physical. Many women who drink weight loss tea can't stop doing this, because organism can't remove metabolic products itself. Some people believe that only tea helps them to be in form and that without it they can gain weight.

As precautions to different diseases physicians recommend fasting tea days (1-2 times a month). During a day, every 3-4 hours you should drink warm cup of green weak tea (white and oolong teas are the best for it) without any additions. Physical exercises in such days are also useful.
